PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL
Each year four new members are chosen by a process of discernment to serve on the parish Pastoral Council. Current members:

One of the main ideas promoted last year was an outreach to our parish ministries. We are beginning to better understand on a first hand basis what these ministries are all about. We also know more about the individuals who devote their time to them. We are interested in having them tell their stories and want to give them recognition for their contributions to our parish. We also are seeking to understand some of the problems they encounter. Once this is known we will attempt to make positive recommendations without interference in the way they are functioning. We plan to continue this endeavor.

As we look forward to the coming year we will see the continuing cooperation of an extremely capable group of individuals who represent a broad cross section of our parish community. In our meetings and in our recommendations we will consider the good of the entire parish community. The council will continue to fulfill its role as a consultative body whose purpose is to deliberate and make recommendations to our pastor, Fr. John.
