Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers assist in the distribution of Communion at parish liturgies. They also bring communion to the sick, homebound, and hospitalized at Euclid Hospital and Hospice of Western Reserve.

Initially, Eucharistic ministers participate in an afternoon of preparation for this ministry through the Diocese of Cleveland. Our parish community then commissions them.

Readers or Lectors assist in proclaiming the Word of God at parish liturgies and other prayer celebrations throughout the year.

Training is provided for those wishing to read at Liturgy.
