MEDICAL CONSENT AND RELEASE FORMS
Youth Ministry requires current medical consent/release forms to be on file in our office for every person participating in youth group . They are good for one year and kept on file from August 1, through July 31, in the youth ministry office. Please complete a form for your child and return it to Mrs.Testa at the rectory. Thank you.



IMPORTANT NEWS!!!
The fall retreat at St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center ("Believe") has been moved to Friday, May 8 and Saturday May 9, 2009. Please make note. Registration forms will be available beginning in January.

October 22 - Ronald McDonald House service project.

October 26 - Senior High Youth Group meeting 6:30 p.m. in the Church Hall.

November 9 - Senior High Youth Group meeting 6:30 p.m. in the Church Hall.

November 11 - Cleveland Food Bank Service Project

November 16 - Junior High Open Gym 6:00 - 7:00

November 23 - Senior High Youth Group meeting 6:30 p.m. in the Church Hall

November 26 - Bread Baking 1:00 p.m. in the Church Hall

December 14 - Christmas Caroling/youth group meeting 6:30 p.m. in the Church Hall.

December 28 - Senior High youth group meeting 6:30 p.m. in the Church Hall.
